i'm sarp mateson (they/them), 19yo software developer, system architect, and artist-engineer from turkey!
been coding since age 9! started with linux at 9-10 and never looked back :D
been working on nebios (my linux distro) for 10+ years - from childhood experiments to an os downloaded from 100+ countries!
autistic (asperger's - 130 iq) and proud! also aroace (aromantic asexual) + boyflux (non-binary) 🌈
my heart belongs to open source - free software advocate & anti-corpo!
linux nerd, arm cpu enthusiast, and wayland compositor tinkerer! tech freedom matters!!
STRONGLY dislike: apple (post-2018 downhill...), microshit (always sucked), drm (ugh), meta/fb (nope), github/microsoft (moved to gitlab in 2021!), and toxic linux elitists (the "i use arch btw" crowd who trash nebios for being ubuntu-based, or people who attack projects based on ideology/personal drama instead of engineering merit - especially common in turkey...)
things i love:
- gta 4 (~600hrs... roman never hurt anyone...)
- cyberpunk 2077 (~400hrs, worth every frame even at 12fps on my old 1050ti!) + edgerunners anime
- loading artist (gregor's comics are pure masterpieces! got permission for nebios widget 💙)
- safely endangered (chris mccoy's dark humor! got permission for website backgrounds & nebios widgets 🎨)
- south park (literally the only show i need)
